Human sexuality exists on a spectrum or sliding scale. Variety of spectrums can and usually overlap on one person. The elements that make up our sexual identities are: biological sex, gender identity, gender expression, gender presentation, sexual orientation.

Even though officially relational identity it’s not considered as part of the block that makes human sexual identity it's fundamental part of it.
